Rise Modular, a specialist in volumetric building solutions, enlisted Stream Modular to transport 110 oversized modules to downtown Minneapolis within a strict timeline. Silver Creek has taken a big step to help with the affordable housing crisis in California by building 4 affordable multi family complexes, collectively involving over 400+ modules. The biggest challenge they faced and the reason we were brought on, was due to the difficult logistics due to geographical location. To make sure this went off without a hitch, we flew out to the job site before the project kicked off. Planning and execution were instrumental in making sure that our clients project went smoothly and there were no delays due to logistics.

Our client, Kapture Prefab, engineered pre-fabricated wall panels for the Miller Children’s Village, a planned medical center for Children in Long Beach. Kapture's unique panels were designed to dramatically reduce the construction timeline for this high stakes project. After experiencing transportation service failures with another logistics provider that led to early delays in construction, Kapture Prefab needed a solution.

Due to the nature of the project and the complexity of the physical location, downtown Richmond, VA, our client needed a fool proof plan for logistics.
