Stream Logistics launches Stream Modular, a specialized logistics company for the industrialized construction industry. 

Stream Logistics, the High Stakes Freight® company, is proud to introduce our new venture Stream Modular, a division exclusively focused on the transportation of mods, pods, and panels. With this launch, we are building a hyper-specialized team with a mission to accelerate the adoption of modular construction. 

It’s an exciting time for our company, and we’re pleased to share our vision for Stream Modular. Below, we explain why Stream Modular exists and how it will help industrialized construction factories reach their highest potential. 

Why the need for Stream Modular?

We firmly believe in being a master of one. At Stream Logistics, we have specialized in High Stakes Freight®, which is how we discovered the industrialized construction industry. The capabilities we developed for managing High Stakes Freight® translated into great success for modular factories. 

The deeper we dove into this industry, the more we saw a need for an even deeper commitment. The industry is still young and constantly innovating. The transport solutions required today need to be perfected and the solutions for tomorrow need to be built. We have decided to take on this challenge by forming Stream Modular. 

What will Stream Modular do?

Working exclusively in modular construction, we will transport your mods, pods and panels with the goal of never stopping or slowing the jobsite. We understand you need a logistics partner that is reputable and who has the experience to foresee potential problems in order to mitigate expensive risks. Stream Modular will leverage its deep industry knowledge of modular construction logistics alongside our proven project management expertise to ensure your project is completed on time and within budget.

But more than that, we envision Stream Modular as an industry player who supports and accelerates the growth of this industry.

Transportation is one of the biggest hurdles in the modular construction industry today. Traditionally slow, expensive and unreliable, these transportation troubles take away from the fast, affordable and durable advantages that drive people toward industrialized construction in the first place. 

With Stream Modular, we want to be part of the modular transportation solution. We plan to do this by not only helping companies with their transportation needs today, but helping the industry overcome its obstacles and set standards going forward.

We will invest in the industry directly

More than providing logistics for the modular construction industry, we understand that this ecosystem needs proper investments. That’s why we’re committing to invest $50 million over the next 25 years to build out the solutions, technology, and infrastructure necessary to remove the hurdles to the adoption of modular construction.
